Traffic in India : Road Rules, Say What Now?

Almost everyone in India (and world) who is on Internet must have seen this video.
Now it is pretty old. But probably this was one of the videos which gave a rare glimpse of traffic situation in India to the world. All of us have had non-Indian friends who has shared this video on their social networking sites and gave a shock of life time to their friends and relatives.

But guess what, even at that time, this video shocked Indian in a totally different way. They looked at it and said "What is wrong with this? It's a perfect normal traffic! May be it's a government holiday and hence traffic is comparatively low" :)

Any one who says this is horrible traffic, does not have a clue about traffic in India!
